Is your mindset holding you back?

From our first time in the saddle, we learn how our bodies influence our horses. But, a truly successful riding partnership begins by understanding your mindset.

As a rider, your mindset has a massive influence every time you ride. Negative self-talk effects riders of all levels — often, we don’t even realise we’re doing it.

Doubt, guilt, fear and other emotions, including those beyond our conscious awareness, will, inevitably, create the outcome: a good ride or a bad one.

However, with Ben Netterfield, Australia’s Dare To Coach, you can change your outcome.
